Even though we offer world-class products and services, we realize that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. If you are considering cancellation, you can send an e-mail to our Refunds department.
Refund Policy
synssl.com backs all its products with a full replacement or refund. synssl.com will cancel and issue a refund or store credit for any order within 30 days of purchase.
To get store credit or a refund, please send an email to ssl@synssl.com. Keep in mind that while a store credit can be processed very quickly, a refund typically takes 72 hours.
NOTE: The 30 Day Money Back Guarantee does not apply to the purchase of additional SANs (Subject Alternative Names) due to certain CA limitations or to fees associated with the purchase and shipping of hardware tokens within an order. Subscription products can be cancelled at any time, but no refund will be issued; you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your billing period and it will not be renewed.
